Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it by email after shipment. Please allow 24??2 hours for carrier scans to appear.

Delivery Problems

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is delayed, lost, returned, or marked delivered but cannot be located, email service@Solvetita.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier.
